Back up Outlook Express Address Book And Email

 

Back Up Address Book 

Export
In outlook Express Choose Tools->Address Book
In the Address Book Window File->Export->Address Book(WAB)
Save it To a folder
Import
In outlook Express Choose Tools->Address Book
In the Address Book Window File->Import->Address Book(WAB)
Save it To a folder

OR

In outlook Express Choose Tools->Address Book
In the Address Book Window Help->About Address Book
Find The Address book path Given in the Address Book by
Windows Start Menu->Run->Enter path->Ok

eg:C:\Documents and Settings\Prasanth\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\Prasanth.wab

Copy the File( .Wab ) and Save it/Copy to where ever possible for Back Up
To Import The File do Find the path As Described above and paste the .WAB file in that path

BACK UP EMAIL

In outlook Express Choose Tools->Options->Maintanance>
Store Folder( Button ) ->Find the Store Location
eg:C:\Documents and Settings\Prasanth\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Open The path by Windows Start Menu->Run->Enter path
Copy all the Files(.dbx) and Save it/Copy to where ever possible for Back Up

To Import these saved Files Find the Path as Described above and  Paste all those
Files in that path.when you open outlook all email will be shown there
